Talk about a blank sheet of paper, we had 100 glossy pages! For this dream job and dream client, I worked with the incredibly talented team of designers at FUSE Communications, now Centigrade, in Birmingham, MI. Along with art partners Sarah Trent and K’kio Hardin, while under the supervision of Creative Director, Trevor Anulewicz, I would present a theme for each issue, present concepts to the Audi Editorial board, translate and “Americanize” German Audi issue content, create upwards of 50% entirely new content, hire freelance writers and photographers across the U.S., adhere to timetables, manage proofreaders, create a feel and tone, as well as establish and maintain the Audi “voice.” I enjoyed being their Editorial Director through 3 years, 2 Audi Presidents of North America, 2 agency changes and 7 issues. Always energizing and inspiring.
